Description
A discussion group for UMBC's women in STEM. In our October discussion, our guest facilitator will be Laura Ott, Director, Science Education Research Unit and Affiliate Lecturer, Biological Sciences. Dr. Ott will lead a conversation about maintain and sustaining a balanced career and personal life while working in the STEM fields.
Each discussion group will take place on the 3rd Friday of each month at noon during the fall semester. Guest facilitators (staff and faculty in STEM fields at UMBC) change each month.
Pizza lunch will be provided. Please RSVP so we can ensure we have enough for participants.
