Description

Monday, October 16th: The Clothesline Project @ Main Street in the Commons 10am - 4pm

The Clothesline Project gives voice to the experiences of survivors, victims, families, and friends who have been affected by violence. The Women's Center will be providing materials for those who identify as survivors or victims of violence to decorate t-shirts to add to our clothesline project display.
Students, faculty, and staff have made t-shirts describing their experience with relationship violence and sexual assault. These t-shirts will be hung shoulder-to-shoulder on a clothesline for public viewing, as if the survivors are there themselves, telling us their stories.
