Who defines beauty and why does it matter? Are all bodies beautiful? Can I be feminine and a feminist? How is beauty shaped by race and class? Why is beauty a feminist issue?
Join us in the Women’s Center for our roundtable discussion on beauty, gender, and the body. Guest panelists include Dr. Mejdulene Shomali (Gender + Women’s Studies), Megan Tagle Adams (Women’s Center), Crystal Ogar (UMBC alumna c/o 2015).
