Women of Color Coalition Meeting

This week we're going to be tackling WOC and Professionalism! We'll be discussing  the white male standard of professionalism and its impacts on WOC in the workforce. We'll also talk about different microaggressions WOC have to deal with when navigating the work world! And of course, standards of professional attire!!

Women of Color Coalition provides a supportive space for women of color to come together for conversation, networking, and advocacy.

All self-identified women of color students, faculty, and staff are welcome to join our biweekly conversations! 

This program follows the Women’s Center Brave Space model to provide a welcoming community and learning environment for women of color interested in cultivating visibility, advocacy, and engagement around the intersections of gender and race.
