Let's get real, there are a lot of challenges that exist for college women student leaders.
Join us to learn more about the barriers and biases that college women experience on a daily basis when it comes to practicing effective leadership. Learn more about imposter syndrome, effortless perfection, confidence levels, and having a mentor/coach. Network with other UMBC women leaders and discuss what you can do to amplify your leadership and the leadership of the women student leaders around you!
