Description
A discussion group for UMBC's women in STEM. In our October meeting, we will discuss the topic of "imposter syndrome," how it affects women in STEM fields, and ways to combat it. Our guest facilitator will be Maria Sanchez, Director of Education and Outreach in the College of Engineering and Information Technology (COEIT).
Pizza will be provided!
Each discussion group will take place monthly. Please visit our myUMBC page for the other discussion dates (the next one will be November 15th!). Guest facilitators (staff and faculty in STEM fields at UMBC) change each month.
