Women of Color Coalition provides a supportive space for women of color to come together for conversation, networking, and advocacy.
Have you ever commented on a women’s appearance in a bad way publicly? Have you ever commented on a women’s appearance in a bad way in your head? Have you ever found yourself calling another women bossy? Come to our meeting this week where we break down Feminist Friendships, empower ourselves and other women, and explore the #ShineTheory!
All self-identified women of color students, faculty, and staff are welcome to join our biweekly conversations!
This program follows the Women’s Center Brave Space model to provide a welcoming community and learning environment for women of color interested in cultivating visibility, advocacy, and engagement around the intersections of gender and race.
